ZERO Stars - Unsanitary and False Advertising
Heart Six Ranch deserves zero stars as a rating, but I will give it one star for the view of the Grand Tetons from our car in the parking lot. Everything else about this “resort” deserves a ZERO rating. We drove over 3,000 miles on a cross-country road trip to meet our family and stay in one of the cabins on this property as the pinnacle of our trip. Luckily, my husband and I arrived first to check in before picking up our family from the Jackson Airport. As soon as we entered the main office, I saw a bloody, half-eaten mouse on the carpet. I tried to overlook it and give the place a chance because we were in the country. Mind you, the dead mouse was within 10 feet of the restaurant attached to the main office. We got our key to go to our family cabin for our three-night stay. We were told that we had the best cabin on the property. Yikes! Where do I begin? The front porch boards were loose and unsafe. The seal on the front door was gone. When we stepped into the cabin, we were attacked by black flies all over the main front room. There was trash in the trash cans, piles of sheets on the old mattresses, and about 20 towels used and balled up in the shower behind a drawn shower curtain. It was like a horror movie! Overall, the cabin was not only unmade for the next guests, but it was generally filthy from years of neglect. Also, all of the cabins were within 150 feet of the horse stables and paddock, which were over-run wit
