This was the cheapest hotel we could find within walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see so keep that in mind when reading the review.
Rooms: The rooms were basic, as they should be with a low star hotel. There were 2 twin beds, a table & tiny TV, chair, & an upright standing fan. The room was not huge so it was just a little tight. Beds were comfortable enough (although we were exhausted so it really didn't matter). There were big windows with nice curtains. It was not hot while we were there. I don't think there was AC, but we didn't check. If it is hot, well, you have big windows and a fan.
Location: Great, just a few minute walk from the Duomo & subway stations. This is probably why it was one of the most expensive hotels of the trip (while certainly not the nicest).
Bathroom: Our room had a private bathroom. Sink, toilet, and shower. Not big, but does what it needs to do.
Amenities: We didn't use any special amenities except the Wifi. Be warned, Wifi did not work in the rooms, it only worked in the lobby.
When booked through travelocity a charge was put on the card. At the hotel, we were asked to pay. Apparently the 1st charge was just a hold & we needed to pay. Difficult to figure out with the language barrier. l didn't want to hassle with payments while on the trip which is why I paid online.
A good low star hotel, however, too expensive in my opinion. Expense is probably due to the location, it was just a small block from the main attraction
