Achei uma ótima estadia, fui muito bem atendida por todos os funcionários, achei o quarto ótimo, café da manhã excelente, vi muitas avaliações negativas mas vejo falta de bom senso da parte de muitos hóspedes que pagam por um hotel 3 estrelas e esperam serviço de 5 estrelas, foram 2 diárias tranquilas, limpeza no quarto ok, único ponto que poderia colocar é a qualidade do colchão mas este não interferiu muito na qualidade do sono. Voltarei a ficar no hotel.

Ar condicionado muito barulhento e com dificuldade para gelar o quarto, provavelmente necessita de manutenção. Porta externa do quarto estava torta, necessitando empurrar com força para fechar. Cheiro ruim no hall do elevador do quarto andar, solicitado a verificação no lixeira, etc. prometeram verificar e até a data da saída não verificaram, mantendo a lixeira cheia e sem providência alguma. Estacionamento meio distante, quadra de trás necessitando caminhar um tempo até chegar no local, o que em dia de chuva torna-se um desconforto.

Bom hotel porém academia mal cuidada devido a uso inadequado dos hóspedes. Café da manhã excelente com pessoal se esforçando para repor os ingredientes. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Banheiro apertado porém limpo. A garagem fica longe, ao lado tem Estapar porém custo elevado quando há vaga, e a região merece atenção quanto a segurança.
