Nos hospedamos nesse hotel durante as férias em família e, infelizmente, passamos por uma situação totalmente desagradável. Logo após o check-in, fomos colocados em um quarto no 12º andar onde a água do chuveiro não esquentava. Após contato com a recepção e visita da manutenção, fomos informados que precisaríamos mudar de quarto. O transtorno foi ainda maior na troca: ficamos sentados no corredor com nossas malas, esperando os hóspedes saírem do novo quarto. Quando finalmente liberaram, ele ainda estava sujo. Esperamos mais uma hora até que a limpeza fosse feita, um descaso completo. Perdemos um passeio que estava agendado para as 9h da manhã, pois só conseguimos entrar no novo quarto depois das 13h. Ao procurar a gerente Adriana, na esperança de encontrar algum suporte ou solução, a decepção só aumentou. Desinformada, ríspida e totalmente despreparada, limitou-se a dizer que situações assim "acontecem com frequência" e que realocar hóspedes “é normal”. Francamente, é inadmissível ouvir isso de alguém que deveria estar zelando pela experiência do cliente. Se esse é o padrão da gestão, é fácil entender porque nada funciona como deveria. O hotel tem boa localização, o café da manhã é ótimo e os quartos são espaçosos, mas os móveis são antigos, com cheiro forte de madeira, e a de mola cama é desconfortável 1950. Se você busca um atendimento minimamente respeitoso, recomendo procurar outra opção, a rede Ibis, ao lado, entrega muito mais profissionalismo

Terceira vez que fico nesse hotel, conheci bem a rede Andrade, hoteis mediano onde alguns estão melhorando ainda. Carpe do corredor velho e com mal cheiro, acredito que nem um empresa resolve a limpeza. Bons quartos e boa localização.
