Strategic Hotel with minimal services
First impression, the hotel lobby air conditioning is cold, works great on summer.
The registration process is quite complex and I never find something like this. We book 2 rooms, first they ask for each members that going to stay in the hotel, well that's fine. Secondly, they want to know which person stays in which room, and I find this is kind of weird. I travel around the world, this is the first time a reception ask who will stay in that room and their names.
The room is quite big for hong kong hotel size, and the hotel place is quite strategic. Close to subway, foods, and shops.
The storage room for luggage isn't much, so we have to put our over size and many luggage on the lobby area. The security officer is always on the lobby, so it's safe enough.
The public telephone is available on the lobby, and it doesn't work.
When they make up room each day, they didn't clean up the water glass, and how they make up the bed isn't so neat. They just put the blanket on top of the bed without making the bed looks neat.
Overall, not a bad place to stay.
