A Slice of Home While at the Mayo
Warm, comforting, relaxing 'home' while my brother and I visited the Mayo Clinic. Clean, updated rooms. Relaxing dining/guest area with a cozy 'faux' fire when it was 0 out! The staff at front desk were all very helpful with any question.

Hospital visit
We were there due to a hospital visit. Although the hospital was nearby it was a long cold walk. Was there a shuttle? we were not sure.

Medical visit
The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet - except when the medical helicopter would land at the hospital across the street. Very nice breakfast with a good variety of selections. The potatoes were only slightly above room temp on a few days. Our shower only got warm water. Bathroom vanity had a faucet issue at times. Overall the room was clean and comfortable and located in a convenient area. Be aware of the parking cost of $15/ day.

Excellent staff
The staff was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We were in Rochester for a swim meet and asked to check in early. Our room wasn’t ready but they called us as soon as it was. Then when Monrovia’s struck the swim meet, they helped us check out a day early. Rooms were good size and super quiet. Excellent breakfast, which is a rarity these days.

They cleaned our room BEFORE check out. So we got kicked out of our room, basically. Checkout was at noon. We left and came back and they were in our room cleaning it. Really disappointing.

Convenient walk to St Mary's for my son's surgical procedural. Clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast is a 10/10 and I appreciated unique options like overnight oats, chia seed pudding, and almond milk. I also appreciated that the room/linens didn't have an overpowering bleach odor as so many hotels do post-pandemic, yet the room and facility was very clean. Staff at check-in and breakfast were not particularly friendly or helpful, and generally had an air of disdain for my children (for example, at check-in they gave unsolicited instruction to bring my children to the lobby to run around if they wake up in the middle of the night - which they don't??)

Great location!
Very convenient location for St Mary’s Hospital. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Furniture was a little worn and dirty but bed was comfortable. Access to room service fro Saints restaurant is a definite plus.
