Great location and friendly staff. I was very jetlagged from California and got great sleep here - great blackout curtains and quiet area but close to Hyde park and great cafes. Hotel is not newly renovated like others have mentioned but it is extremely well taken care of and cozy inside.

Everybody we met at the hotel was very helpful. The hotel is surprisingly calm and quiet and the Paddington subway and train very close by. We recommend that you book a suite if you are staying a few day. It is very good space if you want to spend some time relaxing in between the sightseeing or work.
