In the morning, the breakfast area was very messy. There was no coffee, the food was not replenished. There was no staff on duty. We had to go out for breakfast. Even by the time we wanted to check out, there was still no staff on duty.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. It was very dirty in the stairwells and the rooms smelled. The so-called "continental breakfast" was a joke; the worst I've ever seen! I definitely will never be staying here again! Their "gym" had three pieces of old equipment in an old room with no air conditioning... really?

Room was very clean and comfortable. A hot breakfast was advertised on web site and posted in the lobby. When we cane down this morning, the only thing hot was the coffee. Only 2 cold cereals and make-your-own raffle was available….no hot breakfast, no bread, no bagels, no yogurt or fruit. When I asked about it at the desk, the young lady just shrugged her shoulders….no response was given.

Staff very friendly and accomodating. Very close to the airport, walking distance if it weren't too dangerous with the traffic. did not like the fact they had no office area for customers to print out their own flight tickets, I realize most people have their tickets on the phone anymore but for those of us who like a paper ticket it was inconvenient. Minor however and the stay was very nice. Decent but typical breakfast at major hotels. Very clean and quiet. If I thought all Quality Inns and Suites were like the one in Buffalo, it would be my go to travel hotel
