Our stay at the Best Western Waukesha Grand was disappointing. During our 5-day visit, we experienced two instances of having no water, and the fitness room was unusable due to a lack of air conditioning. Additionally, the building's only washing machine was broken throughout our stay. Despite reaching out, our requests for compensation or resolution were denied. The hotel provided two reasons: first, a city pipe issue at a neighboring property, which required the water to be shut off from 5:00 AM to 8:30 AM on the first day, right when we needed it. The second incident occurred on the last day, and the hotel claimed it was related to the original issue, requiring another water shutdown in the early morning, once again when we needed it. They also noted that since we booked through Expedia, a third-party site, they couldn’t offer any compensation.
