Not the Quality Inn

The staff were friendly. But from the time I walked in and was told that the first floor of the hotel flooded I knew there was going to be a problem. When I got my alternate room, I could see it hadn’t been used for some time. The carpet had yellowing-brown and red stains. The mirrors were dirty. In the bathroom there were no towels. We had to ask for the refrigerator that was supposed to come with the room. We were told they were short on refrigerators, so they had to go to an empty room to get one from there. The manager of the hotel is also the maintenance guy. The so called hot breakfast, I wouldn’t even bother. If I were the owner I would take that off the advertisement. The elevator constantly smelt like marijuana and the phone was broken. This place really need some cleaning up.

Pleasant stay, overall, in a great little town.

The telephone in the room didn't work, and the television reception and selection was extremely poor. But we didn't come to town to watch television, anyway. It would have been good to have a working telephone, in order to call the front desk, or to be alerted about severe weather during the night, had the need arisen.

Short Stay

The staff was very kind. The room was very comfortable, clean and cozy. The breakfast was delicious! Coming from Las Vegas, I didn't exspect to pay that much for a room in Mississippi. Nonetheless, they hotel stay was very nice.

not good for the money

This hotel need a face lift. The entrance was blocked , the wall paper hanging. There are cracks in the walls hair in the sink and bath tub. It wasn't a good experience it want be a hotel I ever use again.

Horrible

First Checked in to a room that was suppose to have been non smoking it smelt like an ashtray, it was brutal, there were even ashes still in the kitchenette sink. I had the front desk move me. Next room smelled fine but this is where the nightmare truly began. I was awoken in the middle of the night by itching, it turns out I was being eaten alive by Bed Bugs. I had a severe allergic reaction that required me going to an Urgent Care facility. I also had to destroy all of my clothing that I had with me to prevent the insects from spreading to my home. Don't go here.

Great Choice!

My family and I came down/up for a family reunion and we chose to stay at the Comfort Inn. The prices were reasonable, the hotel was clean, centrally located, and the staff was very pleasant, coordial, and helpful. The children enjoyed the pool!

Never going back

This hotel was not clean, the staff was not friendly or helpful in any way. The check in was supposed to be at 3:00 and we were not able to get in the room until after 5pm. We drove 4 hours to get there and had nowhere to go for hours after arriving. I would not recommend this hotel even with the cheap price

Great for family getaway

I really had a great experience at teh hotel inwhich i stayed. Everyone was nice and eager to attend to my every whim. Can't wait to go back again next year
