We went to the front desk after our first night and asked them to cancel the last two nights. The room was dirty and had paint peeling off the walls. The shower curtain was dirty too. She canceled our last two nights and said she would refund our money.

We were there during Hurricane Helena, Staff could not have been more helpful not only to the guests but the families who came who lost everything and needed a hot meal, bottled water and a roll of TP. A strong community spirit when everyone was reaching out for comfort and basic needs and the hotel accommodated everyone for many days.

The stay was short but very comfortable. The room was very clean, quiet and tastefully decorated! We really enjoyed the prime rib buffet out on the cozy and inviting back patio area. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch to sit and enjoy the amazing Mountain View. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the specialty drinks at the bar were outstanding.
