Great location with a great view from rooftop. Pool was OK but not heated and pool furniture need to be replaced. Apartment was very nice and comfortable, however awkward with TV in bedroom rather then in the living room. Balcony was a nice addition. It was great that we were able to keep our luggage stored safely even though we had to check out late in the morning even though flight to US was late in the evening.

The property is in an excellent location as Providencia has everything you need in walking distance and is only 100 m away from the Metro. However the pool wsas not open and was closed throughout our 2 weeks in central November 2018 there. To be fair, looking over at other hotels and properties there did not appear to be any open pools so maybe its not the season yet. No one spoke English but google translate was fine. The main problem with this place is the noise. Traffic noise, especially bendy buses was awful and even the double glazing did not help much. Security was excellent as there is only one nondescript door with 2170 marked on it and a buzzer system to let you in. Look carefully and you can find it by a taxi stand in google maps. The cleaning lady was lovely and very efficient. Google tranlate is wonderful. There is a washroom on the top floor (marked T on the lift) that has 3 wachines and 2 dryers. One wash costs 1300 pesos, approx £1.60 ish. Take some washing tablets with you for ease. OH yes take your own Tea bags as Chile is not a great tea drinking country and I hate Liptons!

Você chega para e não têm ninguém pra lhe receber, as chaves ficam na portaria de um edifício com uns porteiros mal-humorados , que não fazem a menor força para lhe atender, não existe nenhum controle de quem entra ou sai, a limpeza dos apartamentos só é feita em dias úteis. O barulho da rua incomoda demais. Se salva a simpatia da zeladora

OK por la ubicación, mala noche de sueño
Hice la reserva un viernes y hasta el día martes en que llegué a hacer el check in me fue imposible comunicarme con el numero de teléfono que aparecía en mi confirmación de reserva. Una vez que llegué al edificio, el conserje me ayudo a contactar a una persona llamada Rosita (tenia su numero de celular anotado en una hoja), quien luego me llamó de vuelta y le indicó al conserje qué llave entregarme. El departamento estaba en buenas condiciones, aunque en el baño se notaba un poco de falta de mantención. El sector en que está ubicado el departamento en bueno en términos de acceso a restaurantes, cafés, etc., pero es ruidoso de noche. A pesar de las ventanas dobles, y de estar en un piso 12, hubo suficiente ruido durante la noche como para interrumpirme el sueño en un par de ocasiones. El check out fue básicamente dejar la llave sobre el meson de la cocina y cerrar la puerta.

Boa experiência
Boa experiência. Quando cheguei para o check in a chave do apartamento estava na portaria com o meu nome e com o telefone da Rosa, pessoa responsável pela reserva. Ela foi muito solicita desde o início e até mesmo nos indicou uma pessoa de confiança para que nos levasse ao aeroporto às 5h da manhã. O edificio fica ao lado do metrô Los Leones perto de restaurantes e supermercados. De lá é possível também ir caminhando ao Costanera Center (uns 7 min). A unica oportunidade de melhora é na iluminação, pois os spots não são muito fortes e a casa fica meio escura de noite.

Ótimo Apart/Hotel para se passar poucos dias.
Ótima localização. Apartamento perfeito para casal. Ponto negativo era que você escutava todo barulho da rua e quem tem sono leve pode atrapalhar um pouco na hora de dormir. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente, cozinha equipada, cama confortável, vários travesseiros e cobertores.

Local ok, mas não ficaria novamente
Aspectos positivos: bem localizado, apto com bom espaço para o casal, confortável, torneiras quentes em todo apto, apto quentinho no inverno. Aspectos negativos: porteiros sem empatia, não pudemos usar o estacionamento, rua barulhenta e local muito comercial (prefiro a atmosfera de Lastarria). Apto com cheiro de fritura, cigarro, cozinha com poucos utensílios, pouca variedade de panela, sem cafeteira, coador de café. Chuveiro junto com a banheira, que é extremamente perigosa e escorregadia. Tinha cabelo na pia do banheiro, limpeza regular.

Não é hotel e sim um apartamento alugado
No primeiro dia quando chegamos fomos colocados num apartamento diferente do que era para ficarmos, pois alegaram que o nosso estava ocupado devido a um problema. Esse apto transitório estava muito sujo e mal cuidado. O apto definitivo onde ficamos era bem mais limpo e bem cuidado. O tamanho do apto é muito bom, mas o banheiro é pequeno e no chuveiro se encontra uma banheira minúscula onde fica difícil se equilibrar pra tomar banho. A localização é muito boa, bem no meio da Providencia e com shoppings e estação de metrô muito próximas. O apto era limpo duas vezes a cada três dias. De uma forma geral acho que o local compensa, pois tem boa relação custo/benefício e é muito bem localizado

Ótima Localização!!!!
Amamos a localização (mercado em frente, lojas e fast food). Ficamos no apartamento térreo. Tudo funcionou (wi-fi, geladeira, chuveiro) perto de tudo!!! e a área da piscina da cobertura nos proporcionou uma maravilhosa vista da vizinhança. vista para o Costanera, para o Cerro San Cristóbal, cordilheiras... um por do sol sensacional!!!!! A única sugestão de melhoria: a troca de toalhas deveria ser todos os dias (pois são em dias alternados) Ficaríamos novamente no mesmo apartamento. Amamos Santiago e o apartamento. Ah, e antes de ir para Santiago tinha curiosidade se as ruas eram planas... e não achava nada a respeito... fica a dica.. praticamente toda Santiago é plana e fizemos quase tudo a pé e de metrô!!!! nos sentimos super seguros! recomendo!!! amamos!!!!
