Disappointed in room and service.
Upon entering our room, it smelled like Urine. Bathrooms were clean. We sprayed air freshener to help with the smell. The first night we stayed was Nee Year’s Eve. The youngest child got sick vomiting in the middle of the night. It was in the bed and on the floor. We explained New Year’s morning the situation and asked that the King bedroom be cleaned including the carpet.
When we got back, no one had cleaned the room. We were told after the fact that it was New Year’s and there was no housekeeping.
Well Thursday, we spoke to the front desk again about our room being cleaned. We came in after our day out and the room had not been touched. So not only did the room smell of Urine it smelled of vomit. Not pleasant. They did not say why there was no room service. They said to call hotel’s.com with my complaint seeing as I was went through a third party. Just very disappointed in the room and the service.
