This is not really a hotel. It’s a weekly/monthly kind of place. There are no amenities, front desk is “on call”. You are charged in advance and locked out if your stay is longer than a week (they can only charge one week ant a time in andvance) until you go in and pay in advance for more time. Everyone is nice enough…and it is what it is…just isn’t a hotel

One of my worst hotel experiences ever. Waited over 20 minutes for someone to check in. Called from phone in lobbu several times and no answer. Finally called the number online to wake up the extremely crabby front desk person. She charged me for the room after I told her that I already paid on website. The beds were jailhouse type. Shower barly worked and they don't provide soap or shampoo.

Front desk was slow to check in. And then closed when I returned. My key card wasnt working when i returned so i couldn't even get into the building and no one was there to help so i had to sleep in my vehicle. When i first checked in the smell in the room was horrible. I was not impressed.

Overall it was good for price - I was not happy when I made a reservation for 4 and was only given 2 towels, called and was told that it was all we got and then hung up on, day manager was excellent in providing customer svc the next day but got the same guy when called about A/C not working properly on Sat and was told no one can take a look at it until Monday - since we were leaving the next day left it alone

My room smells entirely of body odor there was no Kleenex no hand soap in the bathroom the toilet had just been used and was dirty in addition to that at 1 AM when the heat kicked on smoke-filled from the unit causing all the smoke detector to go off and ruining all my clothes with the smell of smoke I had to leave and continue my travels at 1 AM after less than an hour of sleep

The staff was very unfriendly. We traveled out of town for a wedding and stayed here for the night. We attempted to see if we could get in the room a bit early, as we had been driving and the wedding was at 3. We were told we could try and check back around 2 and we might be able to get in. I understand this situation, as check-in is listed at 3 but they were not at all friendly about this. We ended up showering and changing at a truck stop, and went straight to the wedding. We returned from the wedding around 1045 that night to find nobody in the lobby, but a phone on the wall with instructions to dial a number and let it ring 5 or 6 times for late check in. I did this 4 different times, and each time it rang for several times and then said "your call cannot be completed as dialed". I then called on my cell phone and got through to the same person we had communicated earlier in the day with. She said she would come down, and I still waited another 5 or 10 minutes. Once again, she was very unfriendly. We finally got into the room, which was acceptable, however, the hotel itself was extremely noisy, all throughout the night. We were traveling with 2 small children, and one our kids had trouble sleeping as the noise kept waking her up and frightening her. All, in all, this hotel is unfriendly and very very noisy. I would not recommend.
