Boa hospedagem, com excelente Café da Manhã. O único ponto que precisa ser estudado é a rigidez do horário de check-in, que mesmo com quartos ja disponíveis, só é liberado às 15h em ponto, causando aglomeração na recepção do hotel e desconforto desnecessário para os hóspedes.

Caiu qualidade nos últimos anos. Suite mais cara não tem sequer copo, ao solicitar e ofertado copo descartável, imagina beber vinho num copo descartável por exemplo...de lascar. Travesseiros moles e baixos, colchão já cansado e limpeza e conservação regular. Tem o charme do castelo mas para uma passagem curta.

Otima estadia. Funcionários atenciosos. Otimo café da manha. Pegamos o quarto familia real com vista para os fundos o que foi excelente, pois não ouvia o barulho da rodovia. Alguns parentes que ficaram na frente reclamaram do barulho da estrada.

As instalações do hotel são um pouco antigas e poderiam passar por melhorias para proporcionar mais conforto aos hóspedes. As toalhas, apesar de limpas, tinham um cheiro muito forte de produtos da lavanderia, o que causou certo desconforto. O café da manhã, embora ofereça variedade, poderia ter uma qualidade um pouco melhor nos itens servidos. De forma geral, a hospedagem atendeu, mas há pontos que podem ser aperfeiçoados.

Excelente hospedagem!

O período de hospedagem foi excelente, com várias opções de lazer nos hotéis da rede Bomtempo, já que era franqueada a ida aos outros dois hotéis além do Castelo de Itaipava. Café da manhã muito bom, com várias opções de frutas, iogurte, sucos, ovos mexidos, salsichas, pão de queijo, bolos, queijo e presunto. A visita ao Castelo é uma ótima opção para as crianças e adultos e é gratuita para os hóspedes.

A expectativa estava alta, mas achei o serviço bem mediano. O restaurante tem ótima comida, mas o café da manhã pro tamanho do empreendimento é fraco. O shampoo não é bom, o azulejo do banheiro tem rejunte escurecido. A reposição do frigobar precisava ser solicitada e não acontecia diariamente.
