Good location on seafront updated clean room. The only downside was no parking within the hotel but a carpark just up the road .

This is a very nice and convenient hotel right on the water by the pier with easy access to the Falmouth ferry and very central to all the surroundings area. We had breakfast in another location as we explored this lovely sea port area overlooking the Falmouth Bay.

Moth infested and filthy room Night staff member was wonderful Beautiful setting Hotel has massive potential, just in desperate need of renovation
Harvey, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The staff were fantastic, so helpful and friendly. They were great with my husband's gluten free diet. They are making the best of a lovely, old premises
Susan, 4-night trip

8/10 Good

We stayed for our Wedding Anniversary, and the hotel was nice, it is very dated but the atmosphere and people there where lovely. The room was nice and comfortable and the the view from our balcony was nice. We only stayed for one night and it was a nice experience. We had the breakfast the next day and that was worth the money and very filling.
Darran, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Needed space for luggage.
Vicki and John, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

I thought the room was a little tired, but that is hyper critical. The room was small but perfectly serviceable and the bathroom was fine. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast was ok. I had a 2 night stay, and it was great value, and a great position. Should be aware that there is no hotel parking and there is a choice of 2 car parks, mine (over the road) cost me £18 for my 2 night stay
Richard, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

It was ok. Nothing special. Good breakfast even though the staff in the restaurant didn’t know we were there?
Dave, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Welcoming and central location

Lovely location. Very comfortable. Receptionist very friendly and efficient.
Brenda, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The hotel was great with a fantastic sea view, staff were friendly and helpful. I read the description of the hotel which said parking available (for a fee) but on arrival found it was a nearby council carpark. I took my old soft top car and was disappointed to leave it overnight outside and vulnerable. It would have been helpful if the car park arrangement was clearer
Kevin, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Would have liked to sit at breakfast table a while before ordering breakfast little bit rushed.
caron, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Where to start, Given room 203, there were 4 rooms in this area/corridor which smelt thought we were in a care home. Room was bland though it did look as if it was trying to be upgraded, very small window which we had to leave open as it was so hot. In the bathroom a new heated towel rail had been installed, I would have recalled who ever installed it and told them what bad workmanship had been performed
Geraldine, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Unique views from the bar and dining room Lovely location, clean and great staff, good breakfast. Room and corridors tired, someone had put a fist through bathroom door with a poor repare. We also looked out onto a window in an adjacent building. Room nothing like the standard double picture advertised. Also did not appreciate housekeeping shouting down the corridor at 7.30am.
Susan, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent
