Where to start. When we first arrived the staff member that came on site basically dropped us at the room. Did not show us any amenities or how anything worked. When I asked about how we get out of and back in the garage with our rental car she said we needed to give them notice so that they could provide us a garage opener. We did not have each day planned out to the minute, and certainly didn’t know if our plans would change and we might need to use our rental car. So this was not acceptable. She reached out to her team and they got back to me a little while later to say that we could have a garage door opener to keep for the duration.
Air conditioner in second bedroom could not be adjusted. Reported problem, and over two days they said it was working and it wasn’t. Also the hairdryer in one of the bathrooms stopped working, the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the bedrooms only in the living room. We could not get tvs to work in either room. When we reached out to Expedia, they contacted the property and we got moved to another unit. New unit had much the same problems, air-conditioning in living room was fickle. Wi-Fi still did not reach into either bedroom and we could not get channels on the TV, hair dryer died again. The property had no sort of book with instructions on any of the appliances, or amenities in the unit. And the staff that did end up coming to help us move units, was friendly, but did not know how to work anything in the unit either. Poor experience all round.
