The hotel shown on the website was not the building you check in. The lobby was dirty and ceiling tiles were missing, it looked like barely a 1 star. The hotel did not have our reservation completed, we looked at a room, and decided we would never stay there. However we were charged the full amount as if we had stayed. We phoned hotel desk and were told nothing they could do about it, but it was an Expedia problem. Phoned Expedia, and they said they could do nothing about it.
I told Expedia that the pictures on their website match their "newer" hotel, and that the hotel we were offered was not the same, false advertising. They didn't care
