The only confusion was that we checked in on a Sunday when the office was closed. We didn’t have any directions on how to check in so we didn’t have to call the after hours number. Once we were in the room; everything was wonderful.

The place was beautiful and the ocean view was nice it was rainy while we were down but it was still nice. It was very clean and the kitchen was great. And parking was good. It was nice to have the elevator to the second floor and the office woman was very helpful and nice. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name. Thank you for a nice stay.

The property was clean management was kind. I would’ve liked to hire floor next time. I will book higher up so the view would be better. The pole was not heated, which was a disappointment, but it didn’t say it was heated either so I shouldn’t have expected it all in all it was a great property.

This place not worth the charge. It really needs overhaul or reduce price. What was good : -parking easy by elevator , ( no handicap spaces designated) - near elevqtit 3 tired , rusty luggage carts to use -two balconies with chairs. ( some are inbalanced abd need replacment feet -kitchen had most everything (could use ice trays. ) - no sponge -Plenty of good towels and blankets, hangars. -washer/ drier —- What was not good: -Check in time is late (6pm!) and no one in office ( closes at 5!) sign says they are on premise ( nope) Have to call and leave messages. Wait too long for call back. Not clear how to get into property. The after hour person finally answers and says manager will call right back. Well that was about 20 min. Later. Vangie very nice and helpful once we connect but not great start. -The sliding door to master bedroom to balcony would not open. -The sliding screens on both the bedroom door and the main room off track and fall out. -no fire extinguisher -no first aid kit -All drawers of the bureaus do not close properly and roll out. -no hair drier -have to take out trash/ strip bed ( when did we get hired?) -place is old /tired -put a single towel on the towel rack the whole rack fell off the wall! - called Joey ( super nice handy man) next day He spent about hour fixing glass slide door to open , took off track , refitted rubber but could not get screens to close.

There was a building in front of our room. We did have a partial view of the water. We had a steep hill going into the parking garage. Every time I drove down it, my car scraped under the car. I was afraid it would damage it especially the gas tank. The room was very clean, but there was some damage on the couch. I suspect it was from cat claws. We did enjoy how spacious the room was. The room was very clean. For me the bed was too hard. I do recommend this place.

We enjoyed staying at the Saint Tropez. The place was very clean and the ocean view was beautiful. We would just suggest a better king size mattress and more patio furniture.
