We stayed for 6 nights as a group of 5 adults and 2 kids, and overall, the experience was disappointing. The resort is outdated and poorly maintained. It took over 6 hours to receive a crib, which arrived in terrible condition.
Service was inconsistent—most staff seemed disengaged, and basic things like napkins, coffee, and timely bar service were often missing. Only the steakhouse offered good food and proper service, but it’s tough to book.
Despite the poor experience, a few staff—Jefferson, Samuel, and two women at the lobby bar and check-in—were excellent. Unfortunately, the resort needs major improvements, and we wouldn’t return.
