Highly recommend this proporty, great stay!
I highly recommend this proporty and would stay there again. Roomy and clean suite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We received water bottles and cookies at check-in. I was impressed with the breakfast buffet and choices, and the coffee was so good! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Overall place was ok, rooms were comfortable but literally 2 seconds after entering the room the first night we spotted a cockroach on the floor...the room did look clean though. But my girlfriend was unsettled after that and had to clean everything we touched because of it.

When checking in I was told my room had no AC. We were told no discount because we used a 3rd party to book. The room heat was set to 87 degrees when we went to the room. We were later told in the hallway when going to dinner that our shower wouldn’t work unless we held the lever manually in the up position. This small suite had one TV that could NOT be adjusted to fully face the couch OR fully face the bed.

Great hotel breakfast, clean and pet friendly
We had a great experience! All the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. I liked that the hotel manager texted us and asked if there was anything they can do to help us be more comfortable during our stay. Plenty of sidewalks to walk the dogs if you bring them during your stay.

Roaches! I am not sure how this property has such a high rating. As soon as I walked in the room a roach went under the fridge in the kitchen. Then when I used the restroom a roach came out from behind the toilet somewhere. Every surface I wiped with my Clorox wipes was dirty. The floors were dirty. The bed shame had either bodily fluid or white food cream. The high rating on Expedia makes me question everything. There is no way. I slept with the lights in and at around three I saw two more roaches near the edge of the kitchen flooring. Absolutely the most stressful night of sleep I ever had. Never ever had a room with roaches and I’ve been around the world.

Hotel itself is nice and comfortable, but someone broke into my car in the very first night. It’s homeless people living behind trash enclosure and I met weird individuals on the parking lot many times, so be aware if you have to leave something valuable in the car overnight. Was asking for security cameras recording and was told that manager will call me when back to work on Tuesday ( incident happened Sat/Sun night). Today is Monday (the week after) and I’m still waiting for this phone call … I also mentioned that it’s very important to me because a lot of my documents with sensitive information was stolen
