Stayed here again for the 3rd time. And still a brilliant service. I like the spacious accommodation and no one bothers or annoys us during the stay. Stayed here again while in Reading for a business trip. Apartments are fantastic and couldn’t ask for more. Flight was delayed and receptionist sent across late check in instructions and we got in with ease. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Nice little apartments in the centres of Reading
Very nice little apartment for a good price. Would definitely stay here again if going to Reading, and will look for Premier Suite properties else where.

Good location but noisy
Great location in the center of Reading a short walk from the station. Located close to bus routes linking with sites in the area. It is a bit noisy as the seals around the windows seem to have perished a little.

A hidden gem
This hotel made our stay so easy and enjoyable. The rooms are set up as little apartments and have everything you need! Newly opened so there were definitely some teething issues like no wifi yet but for being in central Reading, so close to Christmas we couldn't complain!

The flat was very noisy, we could ear everything that was happening in the busy street bellow and the bed was very small for 2 people. It is very central and with all appliances needed for medium to long term stay.

If located at the front of the building, there’s a lot of noise and light from the street and at all hours. You’ll need to bring earplugs and eye mask! Also, be aware that the hot water cylinder only heats overnight, so not unusual to have no hot water in the evenings! Building could do with refurbishment.

Great stay, right in the centre of Reading. A whole one bedroomed apartment, kitchen equipped dishwasher and washer/dryer. Yea and coffee provided. Great communication. Great price. Secure car parking underneath apartments. My only negative is there wasn’t a mattress protector on the bed.

Apartment itself is good, staff are friendly and helpful, location also convenient, PPC just no air conditioning but window in one of the two rooms are basically unable to be opened, and not allowing good ventilation. Very close to Reading Town centre.
No in and out of the parking lot between 7am and 11 am. and 4 - 7 pm. Extreme;y noisy from 11 pm. - 4:00 am. Hotel is very sparse and needs some more furniture and a rug n the living room to make it more appealing. It also needs and armchair and 4 chairs around the tables regardless of how many people are booked in there. Its impossible to have friends in for a drink before dinner as there is nowhere to sit.

I did not receive my VIP perk which was supposed to be a bottle of wine. I forgot to ask about it and made a mistake when completing the Expedia check in feedback by saying that I had received the wine....we never did. This property is PERFECT for the location to restaurants, the grocery store (Sainsburys, M&S Food), shopping, the bus line, you name it. That is why we booked this specific unit, along with the available space for a week long stay. I am not sure if we were supposed to receive daily housekeeping or not. We did not receive any housekeeping all week so maybe I am wrong. I did not follow up with the front desk. Our specific flat was not open with the kitchen like what is shown in the photo. Our kitchen was in a different closed room which was disappointing.
