Fantastic - we loved it here - such a quaint and charming place. The staff were amazing, the breakfast delicious and the room very comfortable. The location is perfect for strolling the historic town. Marineth at the front desk was so lovely!! Thank you for a great stay - we hope to come back!!

Great place to stay in the centre of Paraty. The owners and staff are welcoming. The place is clean, comfortable and safe. The views from the bedroom were great

The staff at this hotel are lovely and the breakfast is amazing. It’s spotlessly clean and very quiet. The Juliana room has a comfortable bed and lovely views and I never saw a single mosquito but there are narrow internal spiral stairs to navigate which are tricky with luggage or if you have limited mobility. The staff do help carry luggage. As a solo traveler I cannot give a high score for the location though as it is a little deserted at night and the road naturally floods during the day when the tide is high. Twice this meant I could not go far from the hotel without wading through water.

Hotel muito aconchegante, péssimo estacionamento.
O pessoal que atende a pousada foi muito atencioso e fez de tudo para tornar nossa estadia agradável. O ponto negativo é a falta de estacionamento. O carro tem que ficar na rua, sem nenhum tipo de proteção ou garantia. Além disso, o local sugerido para estacionar é próximo ao cais e, dependendo da maré, as ruas inundam. Um perigo.

Sehr schöne und spezielle Unterkunft im historischen Zentrum. Das Haus hat historischen Wert, unser Zimmer und Badezimmer war eher klein, für eine Nacht aber überhaupt kein Problem. Das Haus ist beschmückt mit Bilder der Besitzerin, sehr schön. Wir würden diese Pausada wieder buchen.

Pousada nota 10 para uma cidade inesquecível
Excelente estadia com todo conforto e amabilidade das colaboradoras em especial a Marinete que nos auxiliou com dicas imperdíveis, além de seu café com biscoitos da tarde. Único ponto que poderia ser melhorado é a colocação de ducha higiênica no banheiro. Recomendo demais a pousada. Vamos voltar.

Nossa estadia num pombal
Quando chegamos no hotel descobrimos que não tinha estacionamento, o difícil é vc conseguir achar lugar para estacionar na rua, tive que colocar num único lugar que achei e levei 2 multas. Depois da checkin outra surpresa, o quarto ficava no sótão, suíte japonesa, só havia um problema, vc só consegue ficar de joelhos no quarto, caso contrário vc bate a cabeça no teto, temos 63 e 72 anos, quando reclamamos com a proprietária ela disse que era o quarto mais esquisito que ela tinha, não entendi o que ela quis dizer com esquisito, pra mim aquilo nem era um quarto, isso acabou com a nossa viagem, ela se propôs a trocar o quarto no dia seguinte, mas não aceitamos preferimos solicitar o nosso dinheiro de volta, o que foi conseguido depois de vários trâmites e um tremendo trabalho entre a hotéis.com e a pousada. Cuidado ao reservarem o quarto!!
