모텔 잘못은 아니긴 하지만 누가 화장실에서 담배를 피우는지 담배 냄새가 너무 심했어요. 카운터에 얘기하니까 바로 방을 바꿔주시긴 했지만... 그리고 체크인 할 때 예약 목록에도 없다고 하고... 어플로 예약 내역 보여드리니까 결과적으로 체크인할 수 있긴했어요. 좀 전체적으로 주먹구구식으로 운영되는 것 같아요.
