Nice hotel, great spa, shame about lack of sleep

The bed and cushions were identical to hotel next door. Sadly the rooms were too hot even with the Aircon and the room was located next to a busy road where people were loud until the early hours. A fantastic spa and incredible service from the workers who did everything to make our stay great.

Good hotel near the old town. Spa was excellent. Breakfast was good & variety pity the plates were not hot. There was a smoking room next to the reception which was good as it was always snowing outside. TV only had American news why no bbc world service & the sport channel only showed skiing. would return to this hotel.

I loved the pool, sauna and jacuzzis. Every thing was kept clean and someone came by and dried the wet floors often. The room was clean, heated bathrooms floors and a clothes line to hang the wet clothes, loved that the refrigerator was fully stocked and could buy any drinks if I needed to. Morning buffet was ok

Great location and good Hotel but the cost savings are showing. The Hotel location is really good for walkable tour of Tallinn. Rooma are fairly sized, but my issue is the apparent cost savings that are showing in the customer experience. Spa access is included, but you news use same towel as in your hotel room, which usually leaves you with wet towel in your room. The toilet flush has been adjusted to Flow that forces you to flush multiple times. Same with toilet paper and napkins: you get the bare minimum, so don’t miss the cleaning or you are left chasing staff and asking for more towels and paper.

Hotel and breakfast was just ok. The spa staff were not very friendly. They didn’t smile at all. We asked for a towel at one point in the spa to wipe the floor because it was wet, and the girl wanted to charge us for the towel. The location was good though.

First impression was not flattering when realised that it’s a strange double hotel combo with two different desks and partly shared corridors. A bit old fashioned with little table flags as well. Junior suite from higher floors was ok, but had a large and hollow bathroom which took a lot of squares. Spa was nice, breakfast really poor. Area seems new and safe, walking distance from old town.
