Very unpolite and unprofessional staff. No room service. There's a Keurig coffee pod machine but they only provided one pod per stay. Sadly, the only option in Lomas de Angelópolis.

A pity ! Rooms lack maintenance. Broken closet panes marked with an X. The bed cover ripped. The fridge did not work. No floor mats and hand towels in the bathroom. You didn’t get a sense the room was clean. Several mosquitoes in the room. Just a very bad experience overall.

Everything was great except for the issue the stuff had with our AC. In the first room we’ve been in we didn’t have hot air in the AC then they had to transfer us to another room but it didn’t have cold air option in the AC. Temperature in the rooms was always an issue. Overall it was pretty nice.

Me gustó/ la ubicación, su balcón, lo amplio, el supermercado abajo de 24 horas. No me gustó porque nos dijeron que estaban en remodelación/ no había jabón, botes de basura, cafetera o tetera ni plancha. El precio me parece muy bien.

Un asco! El hotel esta como abandonado, las habitaciones estan sucias de terror, el piso manchado y muy sucio. La ducha llena de sarro daba asco. Las camas de lo mas incomodo, se sentian todos los resortes. El peor hotel del mundo!! Un asco no se quede. Aca!!!

No hay un servicio profesional en la recepcion el personal no esta uniformado , el hotel no ofrece ningun tipo de amenidad . el cuarto es anticuado y poco funcional , ademas de sucio. tienen 4 metros lineales de closet y no tienen gancho para colgar la ropa. solicite unos y me trajeron 4 ganchos super delgados que no servian, pedi mas pero me dijeron que la bodega estaba cerrada y no tenian acceso. cobran como hotel de cadena, pero el servicio es muy pobre.
