"Excellent!! Ariel is the Rock Star at the 111 Cone St NW, Holiday Inn Express. Ariel is a delightful young lady. She always had a smile on her face to greet you with, she was very polite and friendly and treated you like you were her best friend. Everyone at this location was super nice and friendly at the front desk all the way to the gentleman working the snack/food shop. It was a very nice hotel and in a prime location for our stay and walking to the State Farm Arena for the CBS Sports Classic!"
