"Very friendly welcome off the host Jemma, she met us when we arrived and because we were up early the next day (5:30am) she even offered to make us takeaway breakfast rolls! Rooms very nice, the place was quiet so had a good night sleep. And even better it was a 5-10 min drive from Carew airfield where we caught the P&R for the ironman in Tenby. Wish I'd stayed another night!"

"Great location in the centre of town with loads of parking. Stayed in the older part of the hotel, bed is really comfortable, white crisp linen and towels, bathroom is clean with good shower, great breakfast with a nice bar that has proper Welsh ale, staff are friendly and helpful; carpets need a bit of tender loving care. "What a fantastic hotel. Peter and all of his staff were brilliant, nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel itself is in a brilliant position where all the tourist spots are within easy reach, wether by car,bus or even train.
We had 8 nights there and 5 of them we ate in the hotel restaurant, the food is that good.
Plenty of parking on site, they even have electric hook ups for caravans/mobiles.
But i must give praise to all of the young staff working there, their hospitality is brilliant, they are all very polite, pleasant people who take their jobs seriously but still have a laugh with everyone.
