"1-Crystal at the front desk in the evenings was the sweetest attendant ever! She greeted you coming & going! (We received a little snack bag with cookies & water upon check in).
2-The hotel overall was quite clean from the outside property to the public areas to the room. My ONLY “complaint” was what looked like a small amount of blood on the carpet near the bed.
3-The bed was a bit soft for my liking, but that’s more of an observation than a complaint.
