"Excellent hotel stay! Very clean, quiet. Had a large balcony area near the pool with tables and chairs that was nice. Room was clean, very big, great city views. Bathroom clean. Hotel staff was friendly, efficient. Parking in the garage was very simple. 4 elevators too, super speedy when needing to come and go. Very well insulated walls I guess because we didn't hear anything other than some of the city traffic. Several food options, entertainment, coffee within very short walking distance....

"Overall all the amenities were excellent. The service in your restaurant the Pergola was below average. The gentlemen who appeared to be the manager was not friendly or made us feel welcome at breakfast. We were the only ones there at 7:30am. The service was somewhat attentive although would disappear for extended periods of time. 18% predetermined gratuity for a buffet breakfast was a bit presumptuous. We stopped there for a drink on Saturday nite and again not an inviting atmosphere. "
