He doesn't speak much English yet, but I was impressed by his hospitality.
In this pool area, I could enjoy a drink while listening to the beautiful chirping of birds.

"Mandarin Oriental is well located between BiJia Mountain and Lianhua Mountain, with walkways directly into both recreational parks. The air quality is superb and the restaurants within the Upper Hills shopping center are also highly recommended by the locals. The Hotel lobby is located on the 78th floor and the reception and guest service staff are outstanding! I have also become a fan of MO as a result of this stay, as the quality of service and the standards they hold are definitely first...

"Really comfortable stay for a family of 4 ( 1 baby and 1 toddler). They have even have slippers and toiletries ready for the kids!
Location was extremely convenient. Walkable distance to major shopping areas and kids entertainment areas. Would definitely stay here again when in SZ. "

The room is spacious, and the staff was attentive and responded to all requests quickly and correctly, even though they were not perfect in English.
