Food and services amazing

Finding the entrance to the hotel was the only problem, l understand directions are being added to their advices.as the hotel is on the 7th level above the car park, the views over the old Town, and up to the Schloss are superb. It is very close to all attractions shops etc. The staff were especially helpful.

Nice hotel within easy reach of Hockenheim race circuit. Supermarket within walking distance. Secure underground parking.

Room is big with living room. Kitchen wares are clean, new and usable. Comes with a free charger for our ev but there were only 4 and fully parked. Only bad experience is that when I checkout, the only lift is out of services. I have to lift my luggage down the stairs!

Stylish hotel with modern furnishings, an emphasis on quality and Eco friendliness. Good sized room with the most comfortable bed in history according to my wife. Funky mood lighting, sensual to the touch bed linen and a shower of supreme power and heat. A pavement front restaurant serving a dinner of 5 star quality with crisp refreshing local wine. After a restful night the breakfast beckoned with every imaginable food available from incredible local sausages to naturally sweet fresh...

Overnight stay whilst driving to Spain. Lovely town, easy to find good food, and really enjoyed stay.

Easy transition to room. Simple, comfortable and clean room. Must pay extra for breakfast [not rcmd as many places near hotel to eat] and parking.

Excellent hotel, large room with balcony,very good selection of food and drink available and also a generous breakfast included in the room price. Very friendly hosts would definitely stay here again.

rooms charming but very creaky floorboards. Food good and reasonably priced but service can be slow when busy. Nice atmosphere and good for a relaxing weekend.

This is a wonderful, family run hotel. Bed and Breakfast with free car parking. There's a slight incline from the CP to the hotel, so be warned if you are frail. The bedroom we had, included a balcony which over looked the hills behind. There are no coffee/ tea making facilities. But we expected that, as we always bring our own. Bathroom is very clean. Nice location, but at the moment (April/may 2024) there is a building site in the neighborhood, keep that in mind.

Such a lovely hotel with kind, attentive staff. I would stay again if I cam back to Heidelberg.
