"This hotel is a 3 star at best. Service was slow and the rooms tired and shabby. I found frogs in and around the toilet bowl as well as cockroaches and HUGE bugs in the bathroom. On the positive side I suppose the pool was nice and the open air restaurant had a safari kind of charm if you like dinning in the heat with the flies. Sorry but for me as a five star hotel this is a big fail!"

"It was a slice of paradise. Even though it looked great in photos, it is far more special in real life. Within moments of arriving we saw a crocodile swimming in the lake! There are peacocks wandering about and the place is full of nature. The villas are beautiful and spacious with a great double bath, and plunge pool. "We got to the property and did not have the upgraded rooms. Apparently they don’t read their emails or bookings from Expedia. We had to scramble to get just regular rooms. The actual rooms hardly anything worked including the locks, the safe, the bathtub did not work properly. It was quite a disappointment. Considering we thought we were getting an upgraded experience. I would not go there again. "
