"The hotel is very close to a shopping mall, parking is ¥800/night. The room was hot without AC as it is not controlled in your room. I have to call the front desk, and they gave me a fan and helped me to open the window."

"Right next to JR station . But we drove from Sapporo parking was seem less with a fee. It was ok tho. Right next to Aeon mall. My wife went crazy shopping. High quality stuff for fair price. The staff from check in to check out were excellent. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Service at the buffet top notch. Love everything about this Hotel. Will definitely come to stay here. "Helpful location for being in place to go to the Asahikawa airport (about 25 minute drive). Very clean and nice, though amenities were sparse. (Hot water pot in room, but no instant coffee/tea supplied). Rooms have small refrigerator, but no freezer. Front desk was very kind to freeze a cooler pack for medicine use for us."

"Hotel is beautiful and modern with a cozy common area at lobby serving free drinks and a big Japanese style warm table. Design and cleanliness are impressive. However, the restaurant only serves snacks and there aren’t many dining options nearby (many are closed during our stay) so that left us no option but to order ubereat for dinner since we did not want to walk too far in heavy snow. Parking is one street from the hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly compared to other hotels that we stayed...
