A wonderful stay

The hotel was amazing overall, though both my husband and I would have preferred some firmer pillows compared to the ones that were in the room. Maybe a selection for people who prefer firmer or softer pillows would be an idea for improvement. Otherwise we can't fault the hotel, the room and bed were amazing and so was the breakfast!

One of the worst check in experience at Sheraton

Hotel under renovation and reception is cramped into a small space. Some receptionists were very slow, maybe due to systems constraints, to get the rooms assigned. Also, they are poorly trained so messages were not written down in the system or communicated properly.

The staff was fantastic, and everything was great, despite the renovations, which were going on both outside and in the hotel, but they'll be finished someday. The only thing that wasn't right were the hangers. Surprisingly, in a hotel of this category, there should be more hangers that allow you to hang pants, the kind with a bar. It's not that unusual for a couple to wear five pairs of pants, and there was no way to hang them other than in a pile. It's a minor detail, but it could be improved.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Stockholm

Booked the Sheraton in Stockholm for 3 nights for a mini break. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was simply wonderful. The room was spacious, beautifully (and newly) refurbished and furnished with aesthetic lighting. Very comfortable room with everything you could ask for: bathrobes, plenty of towels, mini bar, hot drinks, hairdryer, toiletries, etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is a few minutes walk from Stockholm’s central station, the opera house, parliament and the royal palace. The hotel is currently undergoing a massive refurbishment but this didn’t disrupt our stay.

5 star hotel and service!

We had a wonderful three night stay at the Sheraton. The front desk staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. We were allowed to leave our bags there until our room was ready, and then we were given a surprise upgrade to a superior double room which had a beautiful view out over the water. The room itself was clean, comfortable and so quiet! We were warned about some renovation work taking place higher up and that there might be some drilling after 9am. There was but this was ok because we were awake. It was pretty muffled anyway. We were just so thrilled with our stay in this wonderful hotel and would definitely be back!
