A great property if you want to be in the thick of it. Tons of shops and restaurants around the hotel. However, because of the location, you also have lots of noise and TONS or tourists. If that's what you want, this is the hotel for you. A bit too busy for me. The hotel itself was very nice and my room was fantastic with amazing A/C....not always the case in Europe so very nice to have. Great restaurant in lobby.

This hotel is perfectly situated for sightseeing. I was a bit concerned it might be noisy, but have to say with window shut you can’t hear a thing of the busy street below (air con in rooms). Staff were very friendly and helpful and hotel is clean. Would definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend this hotel. Front desk was excellent, personable, and quite helpful. The shower door and tissue holder were broken and they fixed it asap! Toiletries were from Ritual and they all smelled heavenly. The hotel restaurant offered a good selection of buffet breakfast for €15,00 per person. Shops and restaurants were literally just outside the hotel along Rua Augusta. Rossio, Praça do Comércio, Metro, a stop for Tram °28 were all within walking distance to the hotel. I highly recommend My Story Hotel Augusta.
