Outstanding service!
We received such great service on multiple occasions from the front desk staff. We felt so comfortable and pampered. I would especially like to thank Boky and her cohorts Lily, Polly, Angel Fok and Hugo. Simply outstanding! The hotel is at the top of Austin Ave. which gives easy access walkability to many restaurants, a grocery store and laundromat. We also found the walk to Kowloon park very easy and loved the park!

Nice hotel in a good location. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable with a good full size shower. Our room had a nice unobstructed view with plenty of natural light.
