It's highly accessible and suitable for long distance train travel.

I informed the staff and asked them to clean the room properly, but nothing was done during our entire stay. It was disappointing, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel

Great hotel a couple of blocks from the Shin Osaka station so it makes traveling around Osaka very easy. Hotel is modern and very clean. Free breakfast is a nice bonus too. Definitely stay here next time your in Osaka.

Not very luxurious, but totally adequate for our needs. Not enough pillows, but front desk provides more upon request. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. Hotel is very near Shin-Osaka station which is very convenient. Our room was on the back side of the building, hence above the train tracks. We didn't mind the train noise at all, and kind of missed it after we left.
