Where do I begin with my feedback, I will try to list all the issues:
1. Hostile and unfriendly staff.
2. Dark and dingy rooms with minimal lights.
3. The key card would not work at the end of the day each day of our stay coz as per them "the cleaning lady uses her card, so your card will not work" and they are not apologetic about any inconvenience they cause by saying - you are not the only one.
4. The breakfast staff stopped us from filling my son's water bottle in the morning even when we bought breakfast package for all four of us for three days.
5. Staff wouldn't let us heat our food from outside due to "safety reasons". We were there with 2 young kids and there was no empathy.
6. There was tea kettle in the room but only sugar packets, no tea/coffee to help us. Even after constant reminders, they would not provide the tea bags.
7. There was no shampoo/conditioners in the bathroom. They only had the Gel wash bottle which is attached to the wall of the bathroom. When asked front desk for shampoo, they said it is what it is in your room.
So overall, pathetic stay. No wonder they dont have the room pics in their hotel page. Expedia should revise their ratings for this hotel so as not to misguide Expedia members into booking such pathetic hotels.
