Reserved a room weeks in advance. When we go to check in rooms were not ready. We checked in at 530pm when checkout is 11am. We had no hand towels or wash cloths in our room and when asked for none came. There is only mini fridges in suites. You can rent one for $25 more but when i did fridge didnt show up till after 8pm. Probably want stay here again.

Staff are bringing down the hotel
Guy at the front desk was rude. Tried to add another night to my stay and was told "do it on hotels.com or something" I asked if he could just do it, and he said :yeah, i could, but do it on an app." Spent a lot of money in this place. Completely unacceptable. Kids were running down the hall, screaming and yelling, banging on guest doors. Nothing was done about it. Its a shame. First 2 nights were great, last 2 not so much.

Use caution if you are sensitive to cigarette smok
Upper floors were fine. Lower levels were awful with cigarette smoke from the Casino. Unfortunately you have to walk through the haze to get to the front desk and elevators.

Awful
The room was really dusty, the coffee machine was dusty and dirty, the light in the bathroom blink like it was about to blow out. The customer service was awful the front desk clerks was not inviting they were not friendly. I approached one of the clerks and they did not greet me prior to approaching the counter, they did not provide any direction to the hotel without me having to ask , no information on how to use the wifi. No refrigerators in the rooms no microwave. I was on a business trip and could not leave my room for 8 hrs. For the price of the hotel stay was not worth it.

Rt 66 Christmas Chute
Enjoyed our trip, we were there to go to Sapulpa for the Christmas Chute. The beds are a little hard, and there was dust everywhere like it hadn’t been dusted in a while. But the bathroom was clean and so were the beds. We weren’t there to stay in our rooms so it made due for what we needed.

Customer Service? Not really.
All of the customer service at the Osage Casino Hotel was subpar. No one appeared happy or eager to be of assistance. It had an “eye roll” feel with any question, and we are pretty easy low maintenance people.

Concert Nights May Be Iffy
The check in line was very long, but it was also the night of a concert. They opened up another check-in lane shortly after we arrived so that helped a lot. There was a free shuttle to the concert venue, holding 15 people at a time. Other guests we talked to said they had to wait a while to be transported to and from the venue. We drove and paid for parking downtown, and that was a nightmare!

Wife and I stayed here for a quick getaway. Wasn't exactly what we expected. The outdoor pool was overrun by children. We've been to lots of casinos and the cigarette smoke and smell was thick in this one.
