Nice, spacy, convenient - right in the center close to trains, restaurants and shops. I flew from USA and came to the hotel at about 1 PM and the lady at the registration desk would not let me into the room until 3 PM - I highly doubt that there were no ready rooms earlier rooms and cleaning was finished in all of them at 3 PM. In the next hotel on Copenhagen we arrived at noon and were given the room keys right away. We also did not like the shower - too messy. Other than that it was great, including modest but pretty decent breakfast.

self-check-in system in a little bit confusing, but acceptable. security of each floor is good since we need room card to open another door to get into the aisle from elevetor floor. Iron and Iron board is stored in each room, but not steam iron, though. electric fan is convenient to use it.

My room (128) has silverfish on the bathroom floor. There also was a noise issue that woke me from 1am-3am all three nights. loud banging, and the sound of heavy wheeled items being pushed around. I brought this to the attention of the cleaning person who visited my room after the first night. I was unable to find anyone at the desk to report this to until check out. That person showed no interest in providing a solution. She told me that my room sat over a Burger King restaurant and when I suggested it might have been a night time cleaning crew she brushed it off. She also was not helpful in providing me a copy of my receipt for my expense reimbursement, so now I will need to chase this with the hotel over the phone. Worse business trip hotel stay.

Var i Lund på affärsresa så jag spenderade inte mycket tid på hotellet, men av det jag såg var det helt ok. Frukosten var standard, inget speciellt med den. Rummet var bra, fräscht. Kan tycka att det är trevligt att prata med en person vid incheckning, men det verkade som att de helst ville att man hanterade både in- och utcheckning själv.

Location, location, location!
Perfekt läge, bra storlek på rum för en person. Verkligen bra weekend hotel. Jag stannade en natt för konsert med vänner. Men tjejerna i frukosten måste ha extra kaffe klart, extra tevatten klart, se till att det är påfyllt av allt att bara snabbt hämta för påfyllning. Nu tog det ca 15 min. Det är minuter man liksom inte vill använda till väntan sådär på morgonen. Rekommenderar Lundia!
