I have to ask her to come with me to my room so she will understand. I was given a new room but my card key was not working. I got to the hotel around 11:am and asked the person at front desk if I could have an early check in. I was told check time was 3:00 pm. Hotel has no proper seating so I had to wait 4 hrs at the in-house restaurant. My room was extremly small. Front desk wanted to charge me 3000 yen for an extra key. Stay away.

博多駅から徒歩で10分程度。 周りに程よく飲食店もあり、観光滞在にとても良い。 部屋はスタンダードダブル+バンクベッドに3名で宿泊したが、スーツケースを広げられない程、通路がコンパクト設計になっていた。ベッドは快適。
