Great staff and grounds. Stayed for a birthday. Only criticism would be the empty offer to provide a small birthday gesture in the room as a surprise for my partner. Wouldn’t be an issue at all but they made a point of doing something when they learned about the occasion. Brought it to the service desk’s attention on the last day of our stay. They apologized but said there was no note. Still nothing was ultimately done. Such a small thing that would not keep me from attending again.

Anniversary get away.
The Oak Bay Beach Hotel did not disappoint, the staff from top to bottom were excellent. The grounds, minerals pools are immaculate, our room was clean and spacious, we could have not had the vent outside rumbling all night but it was tolerable. Other than this one small issue we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We also went to the Boathouse Spa and enjoyed a couples massage again fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel / resort. Can’t wait to go back.

The staff was attentaive and accomdating. The mineral pools were great and pleasurw to use. Great beds that were super comforable. It is about a 15 minute ride to downtown Victoria and wejustbused an Uber. Its very friendly area to walk around with a harbour just around the corner.

Property and area are very beautiful. The in-house restaurants are very expensive and paying for parking is expensive too. The level 2 charging is a great feature. Overall the mineral pools and ocean views are spectacular and the stay was excellent.
