Cheap, Dirty and Beat Up.
The rooms are very beat up. There was what looked like a blood stain on the curtain, something was splattered all over the walls. Light switches had gunk in them someone’s used contacts on the carpet. The ice bucket was filthy. When the ice melted from the bag there was crud that was floating in the water. The folks at the counter were friendly enough. It’s funny that nobody asked me how my room was. Even at check out. It’s no fault of theirs that this hotel obviously isnt getting the maintenance and care it should. The beds had a very definitive groove from people sleeping in it and should be replaced. Spend 50 bucks a night more next time and get something good.

Awesome night stay Thankyou
The hotel is abit more modern. The hotel receptionist was excellent informing me about the morning breakfast and call my room number to make sure everything was alright when I got in, it was. I like how the room temperature was perfect I did not have to fiddle around with the thermostat or airconditioner. Transit was very close very convenient. Overall had nothing negative to say. It was all positive

Exactly what i expect3d
I stayed for 3 nights. It is exactly what you would expect for the money. Breakfast was fine but closed exactly at 930. I would be nice if it was a bit longer. Beds comfy, room clean and enough coffee and tea. We did not have the room cleaned while we stayed. So not sure of that but girl was friendly in the hallway. Pool slide and hottub were fine .

Clean enough…definitely needs a new shower head!! Mattress on my bed had a big dip in it (see pics) maybe flip the mattress? Breakfast needs to go until 10:00 not 9:30 … overall it was ok.

Other than the bathroom, the room was fine. The bathroom needs a complete update. Sink was cracked - very unattractive, no towel racks in bathroom - inconvenient. Tub was okay but it’s floor was old and scarred. Our trip was to see an elderly friend at the Foothills Hospital who passed while we were at the Comfort Inn. When we checked in, the front desk asked the purpose of our visit. When I told them, they told me I could have gotten 20% off because we were visiting the Foothills Hospital. The hotel website does not give this information and the front desk staff said it has to be requested when the reservation is made. How would anyone know about this 20% rate reduction?
