Please ensure you get a confirmation of reservation from Expedia for any bookings. Their system failed to provide one, the reservation was forgotten as a result and the hotel applied charges. Expedia subsequently refused to accept any liability and left me £400 out of pocket. Shocking service.

Grundsätzlich muss man immer das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehen, und das war insgesamt gesehen gut. Kritik Punkte sind das unscheinbare Frühstück und die Ausschilderung zum Hotel, denn das Navi führt zum Industriepark, dann wird es unübersichtlich....das Personal war freundlich, die Zimmer OK und die S Bahn Linie 11 fährt fast am Hotel ab. 7,5 von 10 Punkten

Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Lediglich die Hinfahrt dorthin (ziemlich verwinkelt durch ein Industriegebiet) ist etwas verwirrend. Das Hotel an sich inkl. Personal und auch das Frühstück, sowie die Zimmer und Sauberkeit ist für den Preis top! Fitnessstudio auch ausreichend & ein Blick in die Sauna hat auch erahnen lassen, dass man davon wohl nicht enttäuscht wird.

Eine gute Übernachtung mit kleinen Abzügen
Der Weißwein an der Hotelbar schmeckte ein bisschen nach Sherry und Eis für den Aperol war auch nicht da. Also besser Kölsch trinken, das wird so schnell nicht zu alt! Das Drumherum der Sauna hätte funktionaler und bequemer sein können, aber Zimmer und Frühstück waren ganz in Ordnung!
