Booked the exactly same size double room at the same price as previous year but what the hell view difference- nothing to see at all from this humble hotel- let me check in&out every single day for their own convenience, never given any effort to care for guests convenience at all. Dm worst memory with trash reaction from the trainee at the front.

1 night stay during solo trip
Staff were very attentive and courteous. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had nice selection of Korean and Western food. Hotel was easy to find, and was near couple of subway stations as well as plenty of restaurants. I would stay here again, or at another Toyoko location on my next trip to Seoul.

Good value hotel with great service. I've rated the hotel taking into account the cost of the hotel, relative to what we received. The hotel decor is dated but is clean and comfortable. Free breakfast - although not a huge spread like some hotel, they had sufficient choices and what they did serve was tasty and of good quality (better than some breakfast I had to paid additional for). The breakfast options is much like the breakfast they serve in Japan, so didn't not really have western options. Having coin operated washing machine facility onsite was super convenient. Check in and express check out, were both quick and easy. Staff were helpful, for example ordering take out for us.
