Our stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. First, the housekeeping was abysmal. Towels were never refreshed despite multiple requests; one dirty towel, clearly marked with makeup stains, was rehung as if it were clean. Bed linens were equally neglected. After one of our children had an accident, we stripped the bed to make things easier for the staff. Shockingly, they simply picked the soiled sheets off the ground and put them right back on the bed.
The room itself was damp and musty the entire time, creating an unpleasant, sticky atmosphere. To make things worse, we found silverfish crawling in our belongings—they even got into our clothes. This level of hygiene is simply unacceptable. As if that weren’t enough, they decided to throw away a half-full box of doughnuts we had set aside carefully, further disregarding our personal items. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness and the disregard for guests’ needs were appalling. Save yourself the disappointment and find a place that actually cares about cleanliness and service.
