Decepção
Nos sentimos muito prejudicados com esta reserva, porque o quarto 1005 não corresponde em nada com as fotos publicadas no site. A tarifa deste quarto é absurda pelo que se recebe. O quarto é extremamente pequeno, mal dá para caminhar em volta da cama, cuidando para não se machucar. Não tem onde colocar as malas, não tem TV, não tem nem uma cadeira para sentar, muito menos aquela mesinha com duas cadeiras que mostra na foto do quarto standar, não têm sequer um copo para tomar água. Banheiro muito pequeno e ruim, box entope até a água chegar no tornozelo, para usar a pia é necessário fechar a porta para ter movimentos mais confortáveis. Perguntei na recepção se havia outro quarto para trocar e a recepcionista disse que todos os banheiros eram iguais. Acho que ela não lembrou que reservamos o hotel com base nas fotos publicadas por eles. Fomos enganados pelas fotos e pelas avaliações que não correspondem em nada com o quarto recebido. Provavelmente as pessoas que avaliaram bem ficaram em quartos iguais aos das fotos. Nunca mais voltarei neste hotel.

No lo recomiendo para nada !! Mucho ruido , no se puede dormir , una recepción que no funciona , imposible que contesten !!! Central teléfonico que no dan la menor ayuda ni solucionan nada !! Busquen otro hotel y por nada del mundo reserven en este . Piscina de la gogó no se puede usar porque está sucia.

Muy mala estadía, pésimo precio/calidad
Lamentablemente tengo que hacer un mal review de esta estadía. Porque en hoteles me ofrecían un Hotel 3 estrellas y lo que tuve fue un hostal, muy cómodo para ser Hostal, pero no era un Hotel. Por el precio que pagué (USD300 app) por 2 noches en habitación doble esperaba una pieza limpia, grande, cómoda, baño con todas sus comodidas. Recibí una habitación muy pequeña, al baño se la caían las manillas de la ducha, pésima luz, no estaba el control de la calefacción y tuvieron que conseguirnos uno cuando llegamos, la ventana miraba a una plancha de madera. Muy malo la verdad. Cómo indiqué el PRECIO/calidad de esta reserva fue LO PEOR. Selina está excelente para ser un hostel, pero no pueden venderlo como un hotel a precios de hotel, cuando ofrecen esto. El Precio no se condice para nada con lo que debió haber sido. No un hotel de lujo, pero si una habitación cómoda, agradable, limpia y con todo funcionando óptimamente.

Buen ambiente y cercanía a la playa
Hoteles.com publicó que el baño era privado, esto no era así, pero la administración de manera amable nos dió la opción de quedarnos en dormitorio standar por el mismo valor. Puntos a mejorar: el desayuno es bueno en calidad y cantidad, pero si se quedan varios días se vuelve repetitivo, puesto que es la misma minuta. Este punto no empaña la buena disponibilidad, amabilidad y buena onda del personal en general. En año nuevo, realizaron una cena-fiesta para los huéspedes que pasamos ahí esa fecha.
