8/10 Very good

It served the purpose...

This place is at a perfect spot. Everything was so close and made our trip out here wonderful.
Christina, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Everything was pretty much average they don’t serve breakfast here and charge an additional 100 but room was clean and secured. If you look for somewhere clean and budget friendly to lay your head this the place for you
Christopher, 1-night trip

Gotta Do Better
Was there for an event. Everything was great until the day of checkout. Breakfast was not up to par. No hot water, no juices, and no milk for the cereal. They definitely are in need of so e up grades far as the continental breakfast.

Would not stay again
I have never stayed in such a run down hotel, even at only $60 a night. I don't know how this building is up to code, when you walk into the lobby it looks like everything is falling apart. When I arrived to check in nobody was there but there was a note saying to call a phone number. I called and the man who answered said he would be there in 5 minutes, it was most like 20. The room was missing half its lightbulbs, the soaps and shampoos were already opened and half empty, the bed was a horrible old spring mattress with no give. The other guests were very loud in the hallway all night, taking and shouting. Even when my door was locked and bolted it was so loose that when anyone walked by through I could hear it moving and swinging. The hotel locked its lobby doors at 11:00PM and once again we had to call someone to open them late at night. I strongly do not recommend staying here.

Take this motel off your list of recommendations. Room 131 had the smoke detector removed and plastic grocery bags on the sprinklers Fridge leaked and 2 dead reaches. Floor sticky ad hell.
Dedra, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Quick stay on our journey through Raleigh. Staff were very helpful and congenial. They were able to accommodate a last minute issue which was very appreciated. Rooms were clean and convenient for us.
Sarah, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The staff was very helpful and polite. I could check-in earlier early with know problem. I just hope I get my deposit of 100.00 dollars back on my card.

Their are cockroachs in the hotel but the people are awesome

It's ok
The hotel was clean l. However the front desk person was not the most welcoming and the breakfast was very minimal. The beds are also not that comfortable.
Brittany, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Needs a groundskeeper and needs some better mattress. It’s a cheap place to stay close enough from costal creek arena

Pleased Customer
Our stay was very pleasant. Staff was polite, reserving the room was very easy. No hassle upon arrival. The door to the room had spacing, being able to see shadows when they walk by. Breakfast was nice to have. Waffles, juice, yogurt and coffee.
Kerri, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

I like it. Clean and they were nice and it’s very quiet there
Kiaondria, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

the “now open” sign made us think this place would be nice and updated instead our sink had a nice towel placed underneath for the leak apparently they’re aware of.
Amber, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The place had a bad smell and there was hair with blood on the floor.
Alvaro, 1-night trip

I really wanted to trust my booking partner
- active fatal car crash at entrance of parking lot on arrival. had to find an alternate entrance through neighboring business - clerk laying on chair in front office when I arrived - notified on arrival of a company policy requiring a $100 deposit for all rooms. This was not communicated anywhere on Hotels.com site or booking. - no hvac on in common areas or room i was assigned, creating a musty, stuffing feel to the air - Primary issue was watching multiple roaches scurry across floor, bed, and wall when we turned on room lights. A few waited for photo opportunity.
Robert, 1-night trip

Never had room service in a week, dirty place
Johann, 4-night trip

Business owner
Was well worth the value
Daniel, 7-night trip

8/10 Very good

Decent stay
The hotel was super clean, the bed was comfy and we had a good time. We didn’t get the two beds that I had reserved online and we were put in a handicap room instead. Also, the tv had no tv channels and we couldn’t watch anything at all so we just went to bed. But we still had fun and enjoyed our night in Raleigh
April, 1-night trip

The TV was laying on the dresser and the shower door was inside the tub
Jerry, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Few maintenance problems and cleanliness
Perry, 2-night trip

Won’t do it again
For the price of the room, I thought I was going to bed and be better than nearby hotels. But the room is falling apart. The shower barely stayed together, the door barely locked. The bed fell like it was falling apart, and the floor almost felt like it was lifting up.
Brent, 1-night trip

A last option hotel, which it was. Lobby smelled of sewage. The safe and fridge didn’t work. The dresser drawers kept opening up into the walkway. Typical things you’d expect from a last option hotel
Daniel, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Check in was quick and efficient. It looks like the place was recently renovated - there was new carpet on the floor and the room had fresh, clean paint on the walls. The toilet seat was loose but I was able to tighten it by hand. Lots of channels to watch on tv and the building was quiet. It is close to a major road so light sleepers might want to get a room to the left side away from the road. It wasn't an issue for me. There was a food truck parked outside that has great, authentic food from South America at good prices - check them out!
Jason, 2-night trip

Very bad part of town. Bullet holes in one the doors.
