Very good service but old and outdated

It’s an old hotel. Don’t expect anything bling. But saying that most hotels around Madina are old and very dated. They upgraded me so I was happy but the rooms are dirty and dated. The service is good and breakfast very good. Overall I had an ok stay but I would prefer being in a newish hotel and this is too old and outdated for me. Otherwise if you don’t mind old and outdated and dirty carpets then location wise this is perfect if you are with your wife as women’s gate is right outside the hotel.

Brother Suhaib's incredible service

We had a major hiccup with our reservation, but Brother Suhaib, the reservations manager, was extremely helpful, respectful, and kind to us. He was very understanding and was able to solve our problem in a timely manner. Br. Suhaib not only resolved our reservation issue but also gave us an upgrade to a very nice room with a Haram view, the best I've seen. The most miserable hotel room I have been to all my life. It looked to me exactly like those one star cheap hotels. I’m talking here about the horrible room 13013.

The hotel and staff were great. The location makes it perfect, especially for women. The only caveat is the furniture in the room was old and damaged. It was not up to 5-star standard. However, decent stay and helpful staff.

Family friendly comfort!

Our stay was amazing. After being upgraded to a spacious room that fit comfortably our family of four. Mustafe house manager was professional and curious and very understanding. The communication between staff and customers was very very good. I would differentiate recommend to my family and friends.
